Juli Living is also the only rental housing operator in Finland, whose apartments are all carbon neutral because all emissions from time of construction and use of the building are fully compensated. In this versatile role, you will have an essential role in creating an excellent customer experience for Juli Living residents. Your main task is to respond and solve customers’ inquiries together with our internal and external stakeholders (e.g. technical property managers) and make sure our customers receive help and quick answers during their housing. On a daily basis, you will work independently, answering customer contacts by phone, e-mail, and chat. You will focus on contacts from our current residents. Contacts can be related to billing, fault reports, housing services, or any other housing-related questions residents may have. In addition, you will take care of administrative matters such as processing rental agreements and termination notices.

The person we are looking for is a proactive problem solver with a customer-oriented working attitude who wants to exceed customer expectations and offer first-class customer service when solving customers’ problems. It comes naturally for you to chat with customers and contact them by phone. Our ideal candidate is equipped with great interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly new systems as you will use multiple systems in your role. Ideally, you are used to working with clients and have an understanding of different kinds of customer encounters and situations.

We hope you can start in May 2022 and the contract lasts until the end of August. Juli Living office is located right in the center of Helsinki and we hope that you will be able to work mainly at the office, however, some remote days are also possible. In this position, you will be employed as aTalent employee at Juli Living.

Your background and skills: 

  • Ongoing studies (university or university of applied sciences)

  • Some previous work experience from customer service

  • Service-minded and goal-oriented working attitude with a desire to work in the customer interface – You enjoy being in contact with customers by phone.

  • Good ability to learn quickly new systems

  • Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English skills, other language skills are considered as an asset
