Phaver, a fast-growing Web3 company is looking for an organized and motivated Operations Manager to join its growing team in Helsinki!
As an Operations Manager, you will work as a right hand and close collaboration with Phavers CEO and CFO, reporting directly to the CEO. Your main responsibilities will be related to helping Phaver’s management in all matters related to the operations. You will be in a key role to make sure everything runs smoothly at Phaver. The variety of tasks gives you a great possibility to widen your expertise in many fields of business and operations as well as you get a chance to see – and be part of the growth of fastly scaling and evolving startup business in the Web3 field.
More specifically, as an Operations Manager, your typical day includes almost everything operational that can be on the table of Phavers management. Your day could include for example filling reports for investors, managing office improvements sourcing, booking and coordinating events and helping onboard new employees around the world. You are responsible for the preparation of various meetings within the team and ensuring follow-ups on a daily basis. After the listing of Phaver’s token and the investment round, e.g. ensuring the follow-ups of investment materials will be partly on your table. You are also in close cooperation with the accounting company by acting as the contact person to their end. In this versatile role you can start specializing in the areas that are meaningful and interesting to you as you grow in this role.
You might be the person we are looking for if you have gained previous experience in tasks that have required you to do multiple complex tasks at the same time. We don’t expect you to have previous experience in Operation Manager roles – more important is your hunger to develop into one. You are a natural problem solver and enjoy turning challenges into practical solutions. Preferably you have an industrial management, or business studies background and you have gained some experience with startup work. Ideally, you are interested in or have previous experience or knowledge in the cryptocurrency and Web3 field, but most importantly, you have the interest to learn more and develop yourself every day. In the future, as Phaver grows, you might have the opportunity to even grow into the boots of a COO type of role.
Phaver has an office in central Helsinki, Kruununhaka, but there is flexibility to choose where you would like to work day-to-day, apart from occasional office management tasks. This is a permanent and full-time position, and you will be employed directly by Phaver.

Relevant educational background – people who work at Phaver have studied business, industrial management and engineering – just to name a few!

Enthusiasm or/and previous knowledge of cryptocurrencies and Web3 companies, platforms and networks is a bonus
