We are looking for a trainee to join the Digital Transformation Office team. This internal development team supports our people in realizing the full benefits of rapidly advancing digitalisation.
Trainee period lasts full-time for 12 months starting at latest in February/March. You would be working with different projects and services supporting our digital transformation together with a wide group of business stakeholders and digital champions. Your tasks would include for example service management of an internal digital platform, supporting strategic upskilling initiatives, providing insights and reporting on digital topics, and preparing technology related communication. These topics could also provide an excellent Thesis subject around themes such as Change Management, Platform Economy and/or Service Management for a digital platform service. The field available is wide and you can take part in shaping your responsibilities based on your strengths and interests. Succeeding in the role requires strong capacity to learn and enthusiasm and curiosity towards technology. You will be supported by a team of experienced professionals.

An ideal candidate would have

  • Studies within the field of Business, Information and Service Management or STEM. We appreciate if you have completed the majority of the courses.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Finnish.
  • Interest in and capability to learn new technologies and tools
  • Prior experience with any of the following tools: Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, Google Workspace, Alteryx, PowerBI (or other visualisation tools). You don’t have to master all of these (and will have the opportunity to learn more during the trainee period), but some prior exposure to data analytics / data visualisation would help in getting up to speed
  • Good skills in preparing materials such as presentations and documentation
  • Appetite towards project work
