EY Consulting is looking for Trainees to join our Helsinki office.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consulting while working on real client projects from day one. As a trainee, you’ll support project teams with data analysis, client materials, workshops, project management activities, and business problem-solving. Depending on your interests, you may also work with topics such as digital transformation, AI and analytics, cybersecurity, SAP, risk management, people consulting, or business transformation.
You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants, develop valuable skills in project management, communication, data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint, and gain exposure to a wide range of industries and business challenges.
