To members of Pörssi ry,
Welcome to Pörssi ry’s statutory autumn meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 16:30. The doors will open at 16:15, so please arrive on time. The meeting will be held in the Martti Ahtisaari Hall in the Agora building at the University of Jyväskylä, located at Mattilanniemi 2, 40100 Jyväskylä.
Meeting snacks will be provided, along with a comprehensive overview of our association’s affairs. Among other things, the board of Pörssi for the year 2027 will be elected, and the 2029 strategy will be presented. You can find the agenda and its attachments in the meeting invitation sent to your email. Board applications will be published on Pörssi’s website after the application period ends.
Attending the meeting on-site:
The meeting is open to all members of Pörssi ry, and no separate registration is required. Please be prepared to prove your membership by showing your valid Pörssi membership in Suomen Ekonomit’s eLounge. Also, make sure you have a working email address and a smart device for voting.
We hope you arrive on time so that the meeting can start as scheduled. Food and drinks will be served at the autumn meeting. Please note that the meeting will last several hours. If you leave or return to the meeting hall during the meeting, please always inform the attendance inspector stationed at the door.
Following the meeting remotely:
It is also possible to follow the meeting remotely. Remote participants do not have voting rights; voting in the meeting requires physical presence in the Martti Ahtisaari Hall.
When joining via Teams, you must set your first and last name visible. Any questions and other notices can be posted in the chat.
If you leave Teams in the middle of the meeting, please state your departure time in the chat with one-minute precision. You can also find the Teams link in the meeting invitation sent to your email.
