To the members of Pörssi ry,
Welcome to the third additional associations meeting of Pörssi ry in 2026, which will be held on Monday, 3 August 2026, at 5:00pm.
The meeting will take place in the Martti Ahtisaari -sali (Ag102 Auditorium 1) in the Agora building at the University of Jyväskylä, located at Mattilanniemi 2, 40100 Jyväskylä. Please arrive on time so that the meeting can begin as scheduled.
Members may also participate remotely with full voting rights.
The meeting will discuss proposed amendments to the association’s rules The agenda, appendices, and the Microsoft Teams link can be found in the invitation sent to your email.
Please note that this meeting will be conducted in Finnish.
Attending the meeting in person
The meeting is open to all members of Pörssi ry, and no advance registration is required.
Please be prepared to verify your membership by showing your valid Pörssi ry membership in the Ekonomit eLounge upon arrival.
Attending the meeting remotely
The meeting may also be attended remotely via Microsoft Teams. To participate remotely, you will need a compatible smart device, an internet connection, and access to Microsoft Teams.
Members attending remotely have the same voting rights as those attending in person.
When joining via Teams, please ensure that your first and last name are displayed. You should also be prepared to verify your Pörssi ry membership through the Ekonomit eLounge by either turning on your camera or sharing your screen when requested.
Questions, comments, and other procedural matters may be submitted through the Teams chat or by using the Raise Hand -feature. Please wait until the chair grants you the floor before unmuting your microphone.
If you leave the Teams meeting before it concludes, please notify the meeting via the chat and indicate the exact time of your departure (to the nearest minute).
Voting in the remote meeting
Voting will take place by a show of hands both in the meeting room and via Microsoft Teams.
The Chair will ask in turn whether participants support the proposal, oppose the proposal, or abstain. Please use the Raise Hand -feature in Teams when your preferred option is announced. Lower your hand when instructed by the Chair or before the next voting option is presented.You must cast your vote in each ballot (including abstaining if you do not wish to vote either for or against), and you may vote for only one of the available options.
The remote meeting will be recorded solely for the purpose of preparing the official minutes. The recording will be deleted immediately after the minutes have been finalized.
