Kauppakatu Appro is looking for a Project Manager for 2027. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the event together with the project team and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring an event with thousands of participants to life.
What does the role offer?
As Project Manager, you’ll have a unique opportunity to develop your skills in project management, event production, team leadership, budgeting, and partnerships. You’ll work with a wide network of stakeholders and collaborate with both local and national companies.
Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to leave your own mark on Kauppakatu Appro and build the next year’s event together with your project team.
What does the role include?
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating Kauppakatu Appro as a whole. Your responsibilities will include leading the project team, managing the project schedule, budgeting and financial monitoring, working with different stakeholders, and coordinating the planning and execution of the event.
You don’t need to be an experienced event professional. What matters most is motivation, a responsible attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to lead and work together with others. Previous experience in project work, event organization, or team leadership is considered an advantage.
