About the Spring Academy Internship Program
The Spring Academy offers a unique internship during either autumn 2025 or spring 2026, with flexible start dates. This program serves as a key gateway to securing a full-time consulting position with us. As a trainee, you’ll immerse yourself in a variety of projects encompassing strategy processes, operational improvement, transformation initiatives, and corporate finance. You’ll tackle complex problems, analyse business and market data, develop financial models, and prepare presentations in both Finnish and English to be delivered to our clients. Working in a team of 3-5 colleagues, you’ll receive ample support from your team and a dedicated Spring Academy mentor throughout your journey.
